For booking at Himalayan Groves, we have established some basic house rules that will ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests while also protecting the property. Here are simple set of house rules for our guests to keep in mind.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Guests may smoke only in outdoor areas and must dispose of cigarette butts properly in the available ashtray. Avoid dropping cigarette buds elsewhere. 

The maximum occupancy of the cottage is 6-8 guests. This includes both adults and children. Exceeding this limit without prior approval is not allowed. 

 Mountains are a treat away from the hustling of city life. Please observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Respect the peaceful atmosphere and privacy of neighbours. Maintain lower music volume during quiet hours. 

 While we understand the love for pets, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in the cottage. 

 Please use all furniture and amenities with care. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the guest. 

Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the cottage during their stay. A cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after checkout.

Check-out time is 12 PM. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed, and the cottage is left in the same condition as it was found upon arrival.

A security deposit of Rs. 15000/- will be required upon booking via NEFT/UPI. This will be refunded at the time of check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of house rules. 

Help us preserve the natural beauty of the surroundings by not littering and respecting flora and fauna. 

Parking is available. You are requested to park only in designated areas. We won’t be able to take responsibility for parking anywhere else.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward consumption of drugs.

• Cancellation more than 10 days before the check-in date – full refund to the customer.
• Cancellation 10 days before the check-in date – No refund to the customer. Alternatively, we can offer a change in travel dates if you wish to postpone your trip (subject to availability). This can be claimed within 3 months of your original booking dates.
