ROOM RATES & other OFFERINGS

Our per-night room rate is Rs. 5500/- for 2 people including breakfast.
The full board rate (3 meals) for 2 people is Rs. 6500/-.
The full cottage can be booked at Rs. 20000/- per night inclusive of 3 meals, for a minimum of 3 nights.
Any extra meal or snack will be chargeable at Rs. 250/- per person.
Every room can host a maximum of 2 gue

Every room can host a maximum of 2 guests. In the case of single occupancy, the per-night room rate remains the same.
The check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
To reserve a booking, advance payment is required for all nights via NEFT transfer or UPI.
A refundable security deposit of Rs. 15,000 (via NEFT/UPI) will be collected at the time of booking and refunded at check-out subject to any deductions due to damages.
Aadhaar card copy of all guests is mandatory for booking with us.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas and can attract a fine of up to Rs. 5,000 per default.

All meals are prepared fresh and are only available for house guests.
Please inform the caretaker at least 2 hours in advance. For breakfast, please inform the caretaker, the previous night.
A customised menu is available at the cottage to choose from.

Guests 5 years or below can be accommodated free of charge with the parents or guardians. All guests above 5 years will be treated as full occupancy guests.
Maids accompanying elderly or children will be counted as 1 adult. We do not have separate accommodation for helps.
